For Primary Schools:

Our price for a Primary school child’s meal is £2.00 per meal.  We hope you will agree that this represents good value for money when you consider the high quality ingredients and the improved nutritional value of our meals.

How to pay: (If your child goes to Warden House, Nonington School or St Joseph's in Aylesham, please go to our ParentPay page.)

Send your payment to school with your child.

You can pay in cash or by cheque (minimum payment by cheque, £10).
And now you can pay online, too! Click here.

Always place your payment in an envelope marked on the outside with your child's full name, class, and the amount.

If paying by cheque, please make it payable to "Whole School Meals Ltd". Please write on the back of the cheque - your child’s name, in full; your child’s Class; and also the address of the bank account holder.  If paying for more than one child, please use one cheque and state how much money relates to each child.

Your child does not have to have 5 meals a week, however we do need to know at the start of the week how many meals your child will take that week and on which days that will be. Please make your payment for them on the Monday.

Please always pay on a Monday for all meals you intend your child to take during that week.

If your pre-payment is due to 'run out' in the middle of a week, please remember to top it up on the Monday beforehand, rather than bringing in payment on another day.

Except in the case of children who are entitled to Free School Meals, we will not be able to serve a meal to your child unless you have sent us payment for the meal.

If you wish to pay for more than 5 days, please refer to the Price Guide below.  Your payment (for 5 or more days) will then be credited to your child’s account.

PRICE GUIDE:

You may pay us any amount you wish.  The above options are our suggestions.

You pay for meals eaten:
If your child misses lunch for a good reason (such as illness), s/he will not be charged for that day.  Our practice is to charge only for meals eaten.

For Secondary Schools:
Our price:
Our price for a Secondary school child’s set meal is £2.10 per meal.  We hope you will agree that this represents good value for money when you consider the high quality ingredients and the improved nutritional value of our meals.

Our Secondary schools operate a ‘cash cafeteria’ approach - which means that, in addition to the day’s set meals, the pupil may select from various items which will be available.  These items will be individually priced.

How to pay:
Pay for the meal (or for the cafeteria items) in cash at the till, on the day.  There is no requirement to make payments in advance.
