Three of our schools - Warden House Primary, Nonington School and St Joseph's in Aylesham - are pioneering the ParentPay method of paying online or in cash at local PayPointTM facilities.

During the coming months, all our schools will have this opportunity.

We think this will prove convenient for parents and help to take cash and bureaucracy out of the schools. Gone will be that last-minute scrabble for dinner money and an envelope on a Monday morning!

Information for Warden House, Nonington and St Joseph's school families
If you are a parent with children at Warden House, Nonington or St Joseph's schools we hope you have already found the new system accessible. If you have any difficulties, please contact us via the ParentPay site, or from here.

Please help us keep the cost down
We're a new, relatively small company, majority owned by the schools. We want to keep our costs down where possible so that we can spend more on the things that really matter - like food ingredients! You can help keep our costs down with your choice of payment card.

Parents are not charged to make payments online, but Whole School Meals has to pay bank transaction costs.

You can help us keep these costs down by choosing the following payment methods if you have the option:

· For payment for 5 - 8 meals, credit card is best (e.g. Visa, Mastercard);
· For payments for 9 or meals at a time, debit card transactions are more cost-effective (e.g.Switch or Delta)
Thank you for your help - and do let us know how you get on with the new system.

(If you don't already have a username and password for ParentPay (or have lost them), just ask at your school office and they will be re-issued to you. If you need a PayPoint card and don't have one, you can also request one via your school office.)
